This image is a combination of 4 layers. Layer 1 is Luminance and is a combination of 14 images, binned 1x1, and each was an exposure of 300 seconds. Layer 2 is Red and is a combination of 8 images, binned 2x2, and each was an exposure of 300 seconds. Layer 3 is Green and is a combination of 8 images, binned 2x2, and each was an exposure of 300 seconds. Layer 4 is Green and is a combination of 9 images, binned 2x2, each of 300 seconds. Each of the images was corrected with a dark frame and a flat field. The images taken with a AltaU-32 attached to an Meade LX200R 12” F/10 telescope.
Guiding was done with an autoguider attached to the Ian Kanan Adams Pass Telescope, a Megrez 110mm F/5.95.
